For the past year, Accordias Healthcare Partners Carmen Voelz and Chris Joiner have led the Tennessee and Texas Lone Star HFMA Chapters, respectively, as Presidents and were honored for their achievements at a recent celebration.
The HFMA Annual Institute was held in Orlando, Florida in late June where the country’s leading healthcare financial leaders gather for educational and networking events. Both Voelz and Joiner participated in the culmination of their many years of service to their chapters by attending the event at the Grand Hyatt Resort.
Ms. Voelz is currently Board Chair for the Tennessee Chapter through May, 2018. She will also continue her role on the National HFMA Advisory Board for the Women’s HERe initiative.
Mr. Joiner continues his active role in the Lone Star Chapter by lending his leadership skills and providing guidance on global healthcare mission initiatives.
